Well, It seems that from the words of a friend I am finally of the right experience to start commissioning people to color their pictures digitally.

If anyone is interested, then these are the current prices I charge for the following:

Head Shot = from £2 to £5 (depending on detail)
Full Body = from £3.50 to £5 (depending on detail)
Group Picture = From £6 to £10 (depending on detail and number of characters)

-- Price difference of £'s and $'s are basic i.e $10 = £5, $50 = £25 , etc --
